We Provide our own 24 hour emergency cover at our Ballyclare hospital.

There is a nurse on site 24 hours a day 365 days a year with a team of 2 “on-call” vets to cover all emergencies.

Unlike many veterinary practices in the Belfast area we provide our own emergency cover. We feel that by providing our own emergency care we can offer the very best service to our clients and their animals.

When you phone the emergency number you will be directed to a dedicated veterinary answering service. You will be asked for your name and phone number and the reason for your call. This information will be passed on to the Vet on call who will phone you back within a short period of time. If your enquiry is not urgent please phone during office hours.

If the Vet feels that your pet needs to be seen after hours, you will be asked to transport your animal to the hospital in Ballyclare, where we have the staff and equipment to deal with all emergency situations.
