Clare Veterinary Group is a 13 Vet multi specilised mixed practice with our main hospital based in Ballyclare.

We also have branch clinics at the Doagh Road in Newtownabbbey (Abbey Vet Clinic), and on the Cavehill Road (Cavehill Vet Clinic)

Within the practice we offer specialist orthopaedics, opthamology, ultrasound, xray, in house blood analysis, medicine and surgery, and have over 30 years of experience to the companion animal community in the ballyclare area.

Emergency Service
We provide a comprehensive 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency service based at our ballyclare clinic.

The vets run this service as an extra to their daily work load so please try not to abuse this service, genuine emergencies will never be turned away. And veterinary advice can always be given.
We request however that if possible the animals are transported to Clare Vet clinic, this maximises the treatments we can provide for the patient and in the majority of cases speeds up the time from call to treatment.

Home Visits
Home visits can be arranged, but ideally these should be arranged between normal office hours, again we feel that we can provide our Best service by treating the animal at the surgery, but recognise that in some cases this may not be possible.
